A portfolio demonstration
PalmSteeze demonstrates workspace booking and administration. The venue, amenities, imagery and visits are simulated. A confirmation is a demo record, not a right to enter a venue. Architectural images are generated impressions. Your Google account information can be real; see the Privacy notice.
Booking & test payments
Choose an individual desk or a whole meeting room. Dates and opening hours use Africa/Lagos time (WAT). Prices display in Nigerian naira; calculations and stored amounts use integer kobo. The current quote shows the minimum deposit, optional higher amount or full total.
Saved choices and an availability check do not reserve a space. The server rechecks price, hours and availability before creating a temporary reservation. Another booking or closure can change availability. Holds and Checkout sessions have deadlines shown in your visits. Where a payment remains uncertain, a deadline alone does not prove the space has been released.
Use only Stripe sandbox test details. Do not enter real card details. A visit becomes confirmed only after stored booking and payment records verify successful test payment. Return links and success messages alone are not proof. The displayed remaining balance models payment at a venue; no real balance is payable.
If checkout is interrupted, open Your visits and resume the existing checkout or refresh its verified status. Avoid starting another payment while the first is unresolved.
Cancellation & refunds
An unpaid hold can be released. An unpaid Checkout reservation can be stopped only after the provider confirms it is expired and unpaid; a payment that succeeds during cancellation is reconciled before release.
For a confirmed visit, request cancellation with a brief reason. Requesting alone does not cancel it. An administrator can approve or reject the request. Approval and reimbursement are separate steps. The demo refund rule is all successfully collected test funds minus amounts already successfully refunded; it does not refund an unpaid balance.
Your visits show verified refund progress. Pending, partial, failed or permanently refused refunds do not mean reimbursement is complete. A permanent provider refusal can leave an amount outstanding for administrator assistance; automatic retries stop in that state. This demo does not promise a refund arrival date or an alternative reimbursement service. No live money is collected or reimbursed here.
Using the demo
Use an account you control and keep free-text messages free of sensitive information. Do not submit other people’s information, attempt unauthorized access or automate abusive reservations. Entrance verification is required for application access, and a separate security check protects new reservations. These policy pages remain available without verification.
This portfolio demo can be unavailable or change during development. It is not a real booking or support service. The separate administrator preview contains fictional records and grants no administrator permissions.
